Our Policies

• All technicians are board certified and licensed by the State of Ohio
•Services received cannot by refunded once you leave the salon
• Products are non-refundable but may be exchanged, if unused with the original receipt
• Gift certificates are not refundable
• Nails by Chau is not responsible for any allergic reactions or burning from the use of our products if we are not aware of your condition
• Please notify us within three (3) days if you have any complications with our acrylic & gel services and we may easily resolve the complication
• Nails by Chau is not responsible for any personal items lost or stolen in the salon
• Cash is preferred for all tips 
• Appointments cancelled less than 12 hours from the time of the appointment will be charged a cancellation fee
